The basement ceiling is unfinished.</div><div><br></div><div>The BASEMENT bedroom is equipped with a keyed lockset, a fan, an electric heater, a dehumidifier, a TV and Wifi.</div><div><br></div><div>The private bathroom is equipped with towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.</div><div><br></div><div>Self-serve breakfast includes cereal, toast, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, jam, yogourt, muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice and milk.</div><div><br></div><div>You are welcome to use our fridge and microwave for any additional food storage and preparation.</div><div><br></div><div>Check-in time is 3:00pm or later. If we are NOT available when you plan to arrive, the keys will be left in the mailbox for you.</div><div><br></div><div>Check-out time is 11:00am or earlier.
